What the sample report involves

After you complete the survey, we prepare one free report according to the scope you selected and display it on the website. A free report is available once per IP address. Completing the survey does not constitute a purchase or a subscription.

Price proposal

Below the report, you can propose your own amount, billing frequency and payment method. We prefer monthly billing; a 20% discount applies to annual billing. A proposal is not a purchase. We may accept or decline it. Payment is requested only after the proposal has been accepted.

Nature of the report

The report is informational and is prepared with the use of AI. It may contain errors or omissions. It is not medical advice or a treatment recommendation and is not intended for making decisions concerning a specific patient.

• You do not enter patient data or special categories of data of other persons.
• You provide only public profiles.
• You verify important information at the source before relying on it.

Rights to content

The report contains short summaries and links. Rights to the original materials belong to their authors and publishers.
